About

Welcome. I’m Kylie Walls, a registered psychologist with a special interest in helping people improve thier relationships. My work is guided by a deep commitment to understanding what lies beneath the surface, practical strategies that foster real connection, and ethical, safe support tailored to your unique journey. I aim to create a compassionate space where healing and growth are possible — for individuals and couples alike.

My Values

Understanding What’s Beneath the Surface

01

I deeply value a therapeutic process that honours the complex, often hidden emotional, relational, and spiritual roots of distress. Healing isn’t just about addressing surface symptoms—it requires understanding the whole story, including past wounds, belief systems, and relational patterns that shape your experience. Taking the time to explore these layers with safety and compassion creates space for genuine clarity and meaningful transformation.

Supporting Change with Insight and evidence-based strategies

02

Insight alone isn’t always enough to create lasting healing. I’m committed to providing clients with evidence-based strategies and tools that foster emotional regulation, build resilience, and support healthier ways of relating to self, others, and faith. Whether navigating anxiety, scrupulosity, trauma, or complex spiritual challenges, I integrate practical approaches with compassionate understanding to help you move forward in everyday life with greater safety and freedom.

Seeing the whole person and their unique journey

03

Every person is a whole story—a tapestry of mental health, relationships, cultural background, faith, and lived experience. I value recognising and honouring this complexity in each individual I support. Whether faith remains a source of comfort, feels confusing, or has been shaken by harm, you will be met with respect and without judgment. Healing is supported best when the entire person is seen, understood, and valued.

Ethical, Safe, and Trauma-Informed Practice

04

Safety and trust are the foundation of any healing journey. I am deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care that upholds the highest ethical standards, including respect for your autonomy, clear boundaries, and confidentiality. Recognising the impact that misuse of power in spirtual conexts can have on person's ability to feel safe, I strive to create a secure and respectful space where your wellbeing is prioritised and your story is held with integrity.
