Services I offer: 

I draw on Schema Therapy and the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen connection and navigate conflict. Schema Therapy uncovers emotional patterns shaped in early life, while the Gottman Method offers practical tools for improving communication and building a deeper emotional bond.

Couples Therapy

I provide online therapy for a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, burnout. I have a special interest in trauma recovery and anxiety-related disorders, including OCD and scrupulosity. I use Schema Therapy and other evidence-based approaches that are trauma-informed. Therapy is sensitive to the role that faith, values, and early life experiences play in shaping emotional wellbeing.

Mental Health Support

I offer evidence-based support for a wide range of relationship challenges—including romantic relationships, family dynamics, workplace, and recovery from relationship breakdowns. Therapy provides a safe space to explore patterns, rebuild trust, and navigate change with clarity and care. 

Individual Support to Improve Relationships

I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support for those healing from emotional, physical, spiritual, or psychological abuse—whether in intimate relationships, families, or faith communities. Therapy provides a safe space to process what’s happened, rebuild trust, and move toward healing and hope.
